    Seasonal Rates:

    Low Season - June 1 - Sept. 30
    Rates: $200.00 per night, $1,300.00 per week, $3,500.00 per month

    High Season - Oct 1 - May 31
    Rates: $260.00 per night, $1,800.00 per week, $4,000.00 per month

    Minimum 4 night stay, an extra charge for a high demand holiday week may apply
    An extra charge applies for heating the pool.

    The pool will not need to be heated from approx. April - October each year.

    $150.00 cleaning fee to be paid
    $500.00 damage deposit required (completely refundable)

    Instead of staying in a hotel or resort, seven members of my family decided to try this home for our extended weekend in the Phoenix area. The house surpassed our very high expectations! The owners have taken care to provide visitors with a wonderful experience, from the pool and patio, to the interior furnishings, comfortable beds, beautiful linens, rich towels and all of those little things we all need but never bring with us on vacation.
